Allview Title Group, Inc. was incorporated in August of 1993 in the State of Maryland. Allview Title is co-located with the Law Offices of Robert L. Fila, which provides primary legal and title direction to the company. Mr. Fila is available onsite to address any issues which clients may have.

For the purpose of control and quality review, Allview Title Group operates from one location. It performs residential and commercial closings in its office located in Columbia or at a client's location of choice within a 45-mile radius.

Allview Title is currently underwritten by Chicago Title Insurance Company and has had the relationship in excess of 14 years. Allview is also a member of the Maryland Land Title Association.

All personnel performing settlements are licensed by the State of Maryland and have more than 65 years of combined experience in the field. A major portion of our business consists of repeat customers and referrals from loan officers, attorneys, and homebuilders. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
